What are your hobbies?
I love staying active; workouts, running, cross-country skiing, biking, hiking, kayaking and tennis are my favorites.
What's your favorite thing to do on the weekends?
Favorite thing to do on the weekends is connect and hang out with my friends and kids.
What Flow-Rite value speaks most to you and why?
One of the main responsibilities I have here at Flow-Rite is Visual Communications. How the written word, combined with visual images, keeping with our brand, means a lot to me and I believe it is more important than most of us realize. The company core value QUESTION AND IMPROVE speaks mostly to me because it pertains to all areas here and our visual communications are weaved through all we share internally and externally. It is my goal to “question and improve” visual communications throughout Flow-Rite.

What characteristic do you most admire in others? Why?
Characteristics I most admire about a person is passion and enthusiasm. However that is communicated is impressive to me, whether it is about learning, life, a product, a person, a movement, a line of work, whatever it is, it is encouraging and contagious to people around them.
Would you rather change the past or be able to see into the future?
I would like to see into the future especially if I could be selective. There are some things I don’t want to know and some that would perhaps change the way I live today.
In your own words, describe your role at FRC?
My role is to evaluate and analyze Flow-Rite visual communications then work with teams in place to make sure these pieces match our overall mission and vision along with the messaging for each business development area. Implementing and creating pieces and processes as I go.
