GET TO KNOW
What is the 1 thing in this world you are most proud of?
I am very proud of my beautiful wife and amazing kids. I love hanging out with them and telling people about them. Beyond that (yes, I know you said 1 thing, but math is hard), I am also proud that I had the privilege to play college football. I would argue that football is the ultimate team sport. I learned more about life on the football field than I ever did in a classroom.
What super power would you like to have?
Telekinesis. Think of all the fun things you could do…flying, trick shots in any sport, perfect parallel parking (moving your car with your mind); you could have food fights where you can stop any food from hitting you and you would win at all of the scam carnival games. Halloween tricks would be a riot.
What Flow-Rite value speaks most to you and why?
I like “question and improve”. This sounds simple but for it work, everyone must have a desire to be better as well as the courage to accept change. The world is always changing and those who adapt and grow will prosper. I like “question and improve” because it strengthens Flow-Rite as a whole by strengthening our associates.
What do you like to do outside the office?
Mountain biking, coaching kid’s sports, dominating my kids at Monopoly, Risk, and Clue (there will be no “letting them win”).
What is your role at Flow-Rite?
I am the engineering director. As part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), I get to help set direction for the organization.
