What Flow-Rite value speaks most to you and why?
As employees, we should strive to make the best products that offer customers a distinct advantage over the competition. Without value, customers will not purchase a product that offers no benefit to their business. Serving the company and customer is paramount to success.
Even though I have been counseled and disciplined for assisting others at FRC in the past, I continue to do so because it is part of human nature. Human beings do not want to see fellow humans struggle.
Going above and beyond expectations is something I strive for every day. When interacting with customers, I make sure that they my efforts are visible even if it would necessarily result in additional sales opportunities. As the field service manager for Flow-Rite, I have spent many hours on job sites with customers, distributors, and end users. Together we would work to solve problems that would and continue to arise. 20+ years of sales experience has taught me to treat everyone I encounter as if they were a customer.

Everything except olives…they are NASTY!

My job is to make sure that current product is functioning properly and when it’s not, determine why.
