What other languages do you know?

Bemba, Nyanja

What personal 3-5 year goals do you have?

To try the world and help the economically disadvantaged start and/or grow a business.

What Flow-Rite value speaks most to you and why?

I am very analytical, a thinker, problem solver, think outside the box kind of person. These traits natural draw me to two of Flow-Rites values; ‘question and improve’ and ‘think beyond tomorrow’. However, since I have to pick one; think beyond tomorrow is the one of value that speaks to me the most because it’s one that I actively live out in my own personal life. I get so excited when I am thinking about the future, seeing all the possible outcomes and mapping out the path to achieve them. In my role as accountant at FRC I seek to provide a holistic approach in performing my duties. This means going beyond the numbers; using financial planning tools, process improvement, and proven management techniques to help FRC achieve long term success.

What characteristic do you most admire in others?

Objectivity. A lack of objectivity is the root of most conflicts. It’s very hard for us as humans to have objective opinion about things, because we are so easily influenced by the environment around. I constantly strive to be objective in my all opinions and choices and it’s a constant battle, but the awareness of the need to be objective enables me to make better decisions in life. And so I admire people who strive for the same.
