- Flow-Rite is happy to provide a full refund for parts returned in new condition within 30 days.
- There is a 15% restocking fee for parts returned in new condition after 30 days.
- Products with a date code will be eligible for return up to 90 days. Products without a date code, in new condition, will be eligible for return past 90 days if they are current and saleable. Non-current production items will be eligible for return at Flow-Rite’s discretion.
- Used items and valves that have been exposed to acid will not be eligible for return.

Flow-Rite’s preferred shipping method is via UPS. If an alternate shipper is required by the customer, you will need to provide the billing account number at the time the order is placed. Stocked items are available for same day shipping provided purchase orders are received prior to the requested freight carriers cut off time. Non-stocked items that are built to order have a typical lead time of 2-5 business days. Actual lead times vary based on order volume.
